These core values continue today and are the foundation of our growth. Available Personnel’s values manifest themselves in many ways:

• Clients we attracted with these values remain our clients. Three of our largest clients today began doing business with us in 1990. Our ability to partner and develop effective staffing strategies has helped those clients grow their business and at the same time grow our business.
• The average tenure of Available Personnel’s long term staff is more than triple the average in our industry. We have attracted a staff that embraces and is committed to those same values.

Many of our temporary staff has been with Available Personnel four and five years, longer than most companies keep their long-term employees. They stay because we treat them as the integral part of the business they are.

Through commitment to our clients, personnel and community, Available Personnel has grown significantly from a one-person operation in 1990. In 2000, Available Personnel provided employment opportunity for nearly 2,000 personnel and provided our clients over 375,000 hours of personnel services. We have four branches in the Puget Sound area to serve you, our Burien , our Federal Way, our Bellevue and our Seattle Downtown.
